fs99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and fs99 ("we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the fs99 website and all services offered thereon. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the fs99 platform in any capacity.

By accessing or using any part of the fs99 platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the fs99 platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the fs99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Use of automated scripts, bots, or software to access the platform is prohibited.
• You must register using accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
• You must hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If you have lost access to an existing account, you must contact support — do not create a second account.
• You must ensure that online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location. fs99 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

fs99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements above will be closed and any pending withdrawals will be subject to review.

To access the full features of the fs99 platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and to create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fs99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

• You must not share your account login credentials with any third party. Account sharing is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You must notify fs99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. fs99 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to such notification.
• fs99 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Documents may include government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• fs99 accounts are for personal use only. Accounts held by or on behalf of any business, organisation, syndicate, or gambling affiliate are not permitted.

All financial transactions on the fs99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. fs99 does not accept international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments at this time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though fs99 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the fs99 compliance team. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control.
• fs99 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes. In some cases, processing may take longer due to KYC requirements, high transaction volumes, or payment provider delays. fs99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Deposits made to an fs99 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of that deposit amount can be requested. This wagering requirement applies to deposit funds only, not to winnings already credited from prior play.
• fs99 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider directly.

fs99 reserves the right to withhold or void a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, the matter will be investigated before any funds are released or forfeited.

fs99 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in each promotion. Unused bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited automatically.
• fs99 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and recover bonus funds if there is evidence that a player has exploited a promotion, used multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse.
• Bonuses and promotions are available to players in Bangladesh only. fs99 may restrict bonus availability by player location, account tier, or deposit history at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fs99 platform. Violation of any of the rules below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without that person's knowledge and consent.
• Using any form of automated software, artificial intelligence, or scripting tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports betting.
• Abusing a technical error, software glitch, or misconfigured game to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.

fs99 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During any investigation, the account in question may be suspended and access to funds temporarily restricted. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, access will be restored promptly.

fs99 is committed to responsible gaming and provides every registered player with access to the following self-management tools. These tools can be activated at any time from your account settings panel, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: set an alert to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration. This helps you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any fs99 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of fs99 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fs99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of the fs99 platform or these Terms, even if fs99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fs99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may periodically affect platform availability. fs99 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of any outage and to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

fs99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue to use the fs99 platform after any changes are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fs99 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of either party notifying the other in writing, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the relevant jurisdiction. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
